The customer is solely responsible for the information he or she enters on the form.

Why has my event been deleted from the event page?

Each event you create has an options section that is visible only to you. This includes a delete button to remove the event.
Why has my profile been removed from the Ackces site?
You may have violated the Ackces terms and conditions. Email us HERE if you haven't received any communication from us relating to the removal of your profile.

Yes, but copy and pasted text may need to be reformatted.
Why is the time displayed in 15 minute increments?
This helps us regulate the site. You may specify the exact time in your message.
What are the minutes/agenda documents?
These documents allow you to upload an agenda prior to the meeting or, subsequently, the minutes.
What happens to the event once its date has been passed?
When an event has passed, it will automatically be removed from the events page. However, it will be held on the system for a further 30 days. You can find past events by doing a search for the relevant information on the events page.
Why is my image saying it is too big to be loaded?
Images are set to an agreed size to ensure quality. In the case that your image is too big for the site, you may need to adjust the size of the image.
What should I do if I have contacted the venue but have not received a reply?
In the unlikely event that a venue does not confirm your booking, please email us HERE with the booking information and we will contact the venue on your behalf.

Why can't I create more than one profile?
You can only sign up for one Ackces account per email address.
I have created an event and have cancelled it, but the time box is still marked and the event is still listed but marked as cancelled.
When you cancel an event it is not removed from the calendar but only marked as cancelled. This allows members planning to attend the event see on their calendar that the event is cancelled.
